- Beans and legumes- They are also good sources of proteins for vegetarians and so they must be taken once in a while.
With so many sources of proteins for vegetarians, one should make sure to take them and increase the level of protein in body so that the bones and muscles in our body can gain strength and become stronger.
Apart from the individual sources, one can also take combinations of sources of proteins so that there can be a change in the diet and so that you also get high amount of protein as well every day. The combinations of sources of proteins for vegetarians are listed below:
- Legumes with grains- One can take pasta and beans and rice or brown bread with grains.
- Nuts, legumes and seeds together- There combination is the best as it gives you high amount of protein.

More the amount of protein in body, more are the bones and muscles healthy and so one can do a lot of physical work because of them. Apart from making a person stronger, proteins also help in the growth of a small kid. Young children should take protein in high quantities so that there can be appropriate growth of their body.
